Coach Stefani's Game Recaps:
April 10, 2012: Yesterday was a tough all around. The girls battled til the end and Kyana Villalobos managed to score in the last inning with the help from Jaquiline Cana and Sydney Estes, both of which put the ball in play.
April 2, 2012: For our first game, as expected, the girls received an eye opening experience, and we lost 20-5. As we prepared for the second game, our 2 key focus points were to keep our heads down while fielding and to be aggressive on the base path. Our final score for the second game was 22-15 (8 runs in the last inning alone), I had those girls running the bases like they have never run before. I was impressed with their ability to never give up at any point in both games. Their energy was so above their opponents, it impressed not only me, but other people watching the game. The Lady Trojans left the field with their heads held high for sure!!
