College Summer Courses

Summer Course Information

Valley Forge Military College offers a summer online program for current VFMC students and alumni of VFMA&C.

The courses for the SU1-10 session begins on June 7, 2010 and will conclude on July 19, 2010.

Course Offerings:
SO 101 Introduction to Sociology
EN 102 Analytical Writing and Research
HI 111 Western Civilization: West in the World I
GV 203 Introduction to Globalization and Security Studies
LIT 206 American Literature
MA 101 College Algebra
MA 104 Calc I
MA 112 Statistics

Registration for the VFMC summer online program will conclude on June 3, 2010. All courses are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment numbers.

Fees:
The cost of each course is $600. This fee does not include the cost of books or materials that may be required by instructor.

Fees for course(s) will need to be paid prior to the start of courses. Financial hold status for current students will affect the continued registration of courses until the hold is removed by the Business Office. Any financial hold that is not rectified by the end of the drop period will result in the student being automatically dropped from the course.

Summer Online Important Dates:
June 3: Registration Ends
June 4: Cancel courses with low enrollment
June 2: Students can access course
June 7: Summer Session Begins
June 10: Drop period ends
June 28: Last day to withdraw
July 12: Last day to withdraw with WP/WF 


To Register for Courses:

Email the following information to collegeregistrar@vfmac.edu

  • Name (first, middle initial, last)
  • Student ID (current students)
  • Social Security # (alumni-please provide whether you are academy of college and year graduated)
  • Advisor/Transfer Officer
  • Course Code and Title

After registration through the Registrar, students will receive an email with information regarding courses.
