Fee Statement
I (We) understand that we are expected to pay one of the following to begin the process of application to Valley Forge Military College:
- New College applicant fee: $25.00 (non-refundable). Upon acceptance in writing I (we) will be required to pay a $500.00 Validation Fee as an initial deposit. These amounts will be applied to the cost of school.
- Re-Application fee of $500.00 is required from all cadets who are returning after a break in service. Upon notification of being re-accepted, I (we) will be required to pay a $500.00 Validation Fee as an initial deposit. These amounts will be applied to the cost of school.

College Refund Policy
By registering parents and students accept responsibility for the total cost of attendance, regardless of the method of payment. Cadets who withdraw or are dismissed from Valley Forge are eligible for a 25% refund of tuition through the fourth week of attendance. After the fourth week, there will be no refund. Withdrawals after the first two weeks of attendance will result in a total forfeiture of room charges and fees. Board is pro-rated. A detailed Refund Policy Statement is available from the Business Office. Federal/State Financial aid is refunded to the appropriate agencies in accordance with US Department of Education guidelines.
VF Institutional Aid
I (We) understand that we are expected to pay one of the following to begin the process of application to Valley Forge Military College:
- will be subject to the prevailing rules and regulations as stated in the school publications "The Guidon" and "The Honor System;"
- must have all the immunization, physical and health forms on file before the first day of residence, and that Valley Forge may require additional testing for communicable diseases as determined by Health Center personnel;
- may from time to time be subject to blood, urine, and/or hair follicle screening and/or other testing for substance (drug and/or alcohol) use, both on a random and a suspicion-of-use basis. I (We) consent to the release of test results and other relevant medical information to the Commandant and President or other designated agents of Valley Forge for purposes of facilitating said testing; and I (we) release Valley Forge and its officers, directors, trustees and agents from any and all liability which they might otherwise have arising out of or related to such testing;
- is subject to immediate dismissal by the President, if it shall have been determined that my son/ward has committed an immoral act or other serious offense, or violated prevailing rules and regulations including but not limited to regulations regarding substance (drug and/or alcohol) use and/or possession;
- may be the subject of photographs and other multimedia publicity and/or promotional materials and as a student at Valley Forge waives any rights with regard to the student's picture or likeness as well as any compensation for such exposure.
I (We) understand that Valley Forge will not send for school transcripts until the Application Fee has been paid.
I (We) understand that a $500.00 Validation Fee will be requested when notification of acceptance is sent - and is applied toward the cost of school.
I (We) understand that Valley Forge is a Tobacco Free campus.
I (We) understand that by proceeding with application for admission to Valley Forge Military College for our son, daughter, or ward that I (we) are in agreement with and will abide by the information as stated herein.
I (We) further understand that any misstatement or omission of material information made on this application or during the Admissions process may result in revocation of an offer of admission and/or enrollment in, or the involuntary withdrawal of myself, or my son, daughter, or ward from Valley Forge Military College.
