Obtaining Official or Unofficial Transcripts
All requests for transcripts, both official and unofficial, must be made through National Student Clearing House at www.getmytranscript.com. The requests require the signature of the student in order to obtain the records. The transcripts can be forwarded to another institute or individual as requested.
Currently enrolled students can obtain transcripts at no charge. Sophomores, who are engaged in the transfer process, can request 10 official transcripts for free. After they have received their 10 free official transcripts, they will be charged for any other transcripts requested. All currently enrolled Freshmen can receive two free transcripts. Once they have received their two free transcripts. Once they have received their two free transcripts, they will be charged for any additional transcripts requested.
Unofficial transcripts can be provided at no additional cost to currently enrolled students.
Once a transcript is requested, processing time is 5-7 business days or 2-4 business days for a rush order. Students will be charged an additional charge for any rush orders.
