Policy for Accomodations for Students with Disabilities, Attention Disorders or Physical Disabilities
It is the policy of Valley Forge Military College to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, concerning individual students with documented learning disabilities. As such, no qualified student may be denied participation in, or the benefits of, any academic or educational opportunity provided by VFMC by reason of a properly documented learning disability. VFMC will make a reasonable effort to ensure equal access to Valley Forge Military College’s education opportunities in the most integrated environment possible. Only those students with documented learning disabilities, based on testing within the last two (2) years, may receive a reasonable accommodation.
